Diane and Jeff Miller established 38Bridges as a
woman majority owned company in December 2014.

DIANE MILLER is a passionate and creative facilitator who deeply values living out caring community development. She serves as the CEO - Chief “Envisionist” Officer - at 38Bridges where her life mantra is “think deep + live different”. She finds great joy in creating contemplative circle groups to deepen understanding of our heritage stories and promoting of equitable systemic reform.
Diane earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Southern Illinois University; ASID accredited & former professional member. She thrived in a design and sales career and continues to entertain occasional contractual design styling and project management projects. She is also a Christian Community Development Association C6 Cohort member, facilitates the CCDA Lifestyle Affinity group and co-leads their Chicago Local Network. Her postgraduate training came from The Center for Action & Contemplation’s Living School.
JEFF MILLER is a global minded marketer and business development executive with a heart for the city who serves as the COO of 38Bridges. After a stint as a TOPGUN Naval Aviator, he has served in various global B2B marketing, product development and line manager roles. Jeff holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, was a distinguished graduate of the U.S Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and also graduated from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with an MBA.
